    Conference Registration Options

     

    ONLINE

     

    The on-line registration portal is for individual registrations only. If you want to register an additional person, you must go back into the site and start a new registration form. Upon completion of your registration, you will be able to print a copy of your Registration Details - and a confirmation will be sent to your email address as your receipt. Processing can take up to 48 hours.

    The regional conference paper/electronic form should be used for members who are delegates, alternates, Affiliate Club members or Sorors unable to complete the on-line process.  It is our preference that all members register individually and online.

     

    In the event that can't happen, we ask the following:

    Important Updates for Conference Registration

    Important Information

    1. Chapters, Sorors and Affiliates must be financial (both on the national and regional level) by February 28th, 2012 (30 days prior to the conference).
    2. All newly inducted members (Sorors and Affiliates) must have paid both their national and regional assessments.
    3. Central Region Life Member Luncheon Tickets are sold separately for $50 (ticket is not included in the package plans).
    4. Undergraduate Activity Tickets are pre-sold separately for $10. The UG activity ticket is included with the Rhoer Package Plan. Limited tickets will be sold at the door.
    5. We will not accept any registrations processed online or postmarked on or after March 1st 2012 (with the exception of newly inducted members - see message below).



    Registration information for new members

    Newly inducted members inducted on or after March 1st, 2012 can register onsite at the regular registration rates.  All new members must register together as a group/chapter and should endeavor to do so in advance if possible.


    Refund Policy

    1. A written/formal request must be made to the Central Region Grammateus within seven (7) business days prior to the Regional Conference. Please include a reason for the request. No exceptions!
    2. Conference registration fees are non-refundable as we will have already processed and purchased your conference materials. You may designate someone from your chapter to pick up your materials and gift during the conference. (Please furnish your designee with a written statement granting permission to retrieve your materials).
    3. Refund confirmations will not be processed until 45 business days after the Regional Conference.
    4. A 15% service fee will be charged for all guest cancellations.

    Registrations with postmark after February 29, 2012 will be returned.
    Late registration does not guarantee a conference gift.
    Full packages include all three (3) conference meals and materials.
    UG Package Plan #1 includes materials and UG Luncheon ticket only.
