    Conference Hotel Room Rates: $112.00 per night

    Space Rental Terms:

    • Cost for the entire week-end - Payment and contract received on or before February 29, 2012 - $500.00
    • Cost for the entire week-end- Payment and contract received after February 29, 2012 - $650.00
    • Cost for On-Site Registration per Day - Friday, March 30, 2012 or Saturday, March 31, 2012 - $600.00


    Included in your rental fee:

    • One table and two chairs (Table size – 8 ft.)
    • Booth sizes – 8 X 8
    • Security – Although all reasonable measures are taken to secure the vendor room, individual booths and materials contained within the vendor rooms are the responsibility of the vendors.
    • One additional table cost – $25.00
    • Two additional tables cost - $50.00
