    In case of Errors made by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. - Central Region:

    1. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc – Central Region will fix any errors made by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc – Central Region and resend the items. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc – Central Region will be responsible for shipping in this case.
    2. Errors that are made by the customer will be fixed at additional cost and shipping cost will also be customer responsibility.
