Greetings Central Region Sorors:
Please mark your calendar and join us for the 83rd Central Region Conference: “The Evolution of Greater”. Due to the size of the contracted property, the primary function of this conference is an in-person voting delegation conference (i.e. – Central Region Board of Directors, National Board of Directors [who are members of Central Region], Alumnae Delegates, Undergraduate Delegates, Life Members and Members-at-Large).
Registration will take place in Waves. The first three Waves will focus on the voting delegation. There are a set number of tickets available for each membership classification for each Wave. These numbers will be reviewed and amended if needed, prior to the start of the next registration Wave.
The Delegate, Life Member and Member-at-Large registration packages include: the electronic workbook, ad book, Syntaktes’ VIP Reception (International/Regional Leadership & Basilei), Undergraduate Stroll Clinic (Undergraduates only), Ruby Luncheon (Ruby members only), Stroll/Step Show, Undergraduate Party, Hospitality Suites (Friday night – 2 fraternities), Zumba Party, Onsite Workshops, Wellness Fair, Awards Cocktail Reception, Awards Show and Entertainment, Jerseys & J’s After-Party, Hospitality Suites (Saturday night - 3 fraternities), Omega Rho Ceremony, Prayer & Praise Breakfast, Boutique Vendor Experience, and the 83rd conference gift.
* Dates are subject to change based upon ticket sales. If any Wave sells out before the published close date, we will consider opening the next Wave earlier than previously advertised.

General Information:

Chapters and Sorors must be financial (both on the national and regional levels) at the time of registration to attend Central Region Conference.

Chapter Basilei will be required to submit the Credential Committee’s Google Document form declaring their Delegates.

A chart will be posted on the Central Region website as well as emailed to the Central Region Basilei with the chapter delegate count.

A final confirmation of delegates will be sent to each chapter by March 1, 2023.
3. Each voting member must plan to arrive in-person to check in and participate on-site for the 83rd Central Region Conference.
Life Member Luncheon:
The Life Member Luncheon will be held on-site at the 83rd Central Region Conference. You can expect registration to occur via Eventbrite. Details and registration information will be provided at a later date.
Virtual Conference Registration will begin after the January 10, 2023.

Registration Refund Policy: No Refund Policy - If you are unable to attend please designate an attendee to pick up the conference gift on your behalf per acknowledgement of the Grammateus and/or Tamiochus.

If the conference is discovered to be a Covid spreader, the Conference will conclude for the health and safety of the leadership, membership and guests.
