The Captivating Central Region is proud to release our Centennial Signature Event Greater Is In Session. This theme is catered around the purpose of the Bud Billiken Parade which is 'Celebrating our youth going Back to School' and our Seven Founders' being educators.

Education is the foundation of our organization. 

Come Celebrate with the Captivating Central Region for the Largest African American Parade in the US and the 2nd Largest Parade in the Nation The Bud Billiken Day Parade, Service, and The Black Women’s Expo, the Largest Women’s Expo in the US. Now you know it would not be a GREATER event if we did not incorporate GREATER SERVICE. We will make a community impact by conducting the Largest Operation Big Book Bag service project the region has ever done (7,000). Plus, a regional Project Cradle Care Seminar to bring awareness around Maternal Health in the African American communities.
