Please mark your calendar and join us for the 81st Central Region Virtual Conference. We are strongly encouraging everyone to take advantage of early registration and register online via Central Region’s website.
The Soror registration package includes: the electronic workbook and ad book, Philo Presidents Gala, Undergraduate Step Show & After Party, Awards Ceremony, House Party 1922 Pajama Jam, Omega Rho Ceremony, Prayer and Worship Service, and the 81st conference gift.

* The Life Member Tea is open to all Central Region Life Members, 81st Central Region Conference registration is not required. You must register for the Tea separately, if you plan to attend​​
General Information:

Central Region Virtual Conference registration will be accepted online via Central Region’s website.

Chapters and Sorors must be financial (both on the national and regional levels) by January 1, 2021.

All Sorors, Philos and newly inducted Sorors and Affiliates must have paid both their national and regional assessments and are cleared financially by March 31, 2021.

The Soror registration package includes: the electronic workbook and ad book, Philo Presidents Gala, Undergraduate Step Show & After Party, Awards Ceremony, House Party 1922 Pajama Jam, Omega Rho Ceremony, Prayer and Worship Service, and the 81st conference gift.

The Life Member Tea is for Sorors who have obtained Life Membership status.

Life Member Tea tickets are sold separately for $60 + 2.5% service fee and are not included in the package.

Life Member Tea attendees will receive a special Life Member gift. Please refer to the conference gift policy.

The Life Member Tea is open to all Central Region Life Members. You are not required to be registered for the Central Region Conference to attend.

Conference registration fees are non-refundable as we will have already processed and purchased your conference materials. Conference materials and gift will be provided to each registrant. If you registered after January 18th, please refer to the Conference Gift Policy.
Conference Gift Policy:
​
Sorors, Philos and Rhoers that register to attend the Central Region Conference by January 18, 2021, are guaranteed a conference gift. In an effort to control expenses, we do not wish to order more conference gifts and supplies than needed. We encourage all: Sorors and Philos to register by January 18, 2021, to be guaranteed a conference gift. We will do our best to make projections to purchase any additional gifts that may be needed for those who register after January 18, 2021. Conference gifts will be distributed to conference registrants in the order that the registrations were received, until all gifts are distributed. Register today!

Please note the individual dates that registration closes for each conference registration type. There will be no extensions for registration. No exceptions will be made.
